I absolutely loved this book. I fell in love with the two main characters, their flaws, strengths, and perfect connection with each other. Adam had already made mistakes and had learned many life lessons about himself, while Amy was still learning and evolving. I Would definitely read more from this author, especially more about these two characters.

I finished the entire thing in 3 days. Even at 22, I found myself gushing over the high school drama, & excitement in looking forward to a beautiful blossoming relationship that formed from the broken pieces of another tragic event in Amy's life. If you want friendship drama, you got it. If you want sex, you got it. And if you want detail, you especially have it here. Explicit & raw, this is a great read about young love & discovery of a true self without fake feelings & a phony smile 👌
Simply put it was a thoughtful well written book. The characters are all well rounded and believable. I love the ending. The author did t go for the obvious wrapped up with a bow happy ending. It was opened ended but complete. I felt like my journey as the reader was over but the journey of Amy was just beginning. I really like it.
After reading the synopsis, I expected the story to focus more on the bullying aspect and how the MC would cope. Instead, this was most definitely a romance novel. The only thing that makes this young adult is the fact that the characters are still in high school and not living on their own. This is one YA book I will not be passing on to my 14 year old niece.

That being said, the story itself was well written, with only a few grammatical errors. I was entertained enough that the book was finished before I knew it.
This book blew me away. I always appreciate when authors can take high school aged characters and give them depth and realistic personalities. Being 21 years old, I still enjoy a story line set in high school, but I don't typically read them because there is a lack of descriptive sex scenes. K.B. Rose wrote the scenes between Amy and Adam beautifully and wasn't afraid to be realistic. I really appreciated that, because sex was definitely a reality for me when I was in high school, as it is for other people as well. Amy was an awesome main character who had her flaws but worked on them throughout the story. Adam was wonderful. I can't imagine a more perfect compliment to Amy's character. He's honest and confident in a way that is so refreshing. He's absolutely swoon worthy. I will be recommending this book to my friends. Do not hesitate to read!!
I thought the book was fantastic. The characters were real and believable, and the story was well told. Amy is a character that I think many teenage girls can relate too, as well as the situations she finds herself in. Being a teenager can be hard and I think this story accurately portrays just that and what it takes to overcome the hard stuff. I would highly recommend this book!
